a) The prize draw is open only to UK customers aged 18 and over, except any employee of Hinchliffe’s or a family member, or anyone else professionally associated with the competition. All entries must book a table for the Steak Night which is on Friday 14th September 2018 and share the Facebook post.
b) Once you have made a booking and shared the Facebook post, you’ll automatically be entered into a free prize draw to win your meal paid for by Hinchliffe’s.
c) A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected.
d) The prize is . 2 x 8oz Home-reared Rump Steaks, served with Mushrooms, Onion Rings & Fat Chips. A Salad Bowl to share. Bottle of House Wine. Up to the value of £40.
e) There is 1 prize available, and the winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries.
f) The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.
f) The winner will be announced on the night of the event.
g) The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and binding and no promotional correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
h) The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
i) Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the competition in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices) may be disqualified from the competition at the Promoter's sole discretion.
