"I don't live in the UK and a visit to Hinchcliffes is a 'must do' tradition whenever we head back to Yorkshire. We really enjoyed our last visit, a beautiful English summer day having lunch in the lovely setting in the heart of rural England. The staff in the restaurant all looked happy and offered exceptional service. One of our party is vegetarian and there was plenty of options on the menu. Everything was so fresh! We always 'stock up' on food in the Farm shop too! The steaks, sausages, bacon and pies are lovely and not to mention the cheesecakes! Defiantly on the top of my list of places to shop and eat. Its a family day out too lovely animals to pet! A very special place!"

Had a lovely time today with my partner at Hinchliffes, We both had a rump steak and really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, the service was also brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Lovely family friendly restaurant for casual day time dining. Nice place to sit out on the decking (they allow dogs outside)and have a bite to eat and slice of cake and a cuppa! Staff always friendly and attentive. Great butchers - I love their pies- the family steak pies are amazing and love their pork pies and fidget pies too! Can often find unusual treats like quirky flavoured jams (Got some rhubarb and custard jam the other day!) and they do amazing large frozen "home cooked" meals and desserts- perfect for dinner party catering!

I regularly go to the butchers shop. I have used the cafe, which is decent enough and usually buy a few other items from the shop, but the butchers counter is the important bit. Joints don't shrink, good cuts of meat, plenty of advice for preparation and cooking the cheaper meats. It always tastes good.

This place never lets me down service and food wise .specially if you are doing a bbq this is the perfect place to go for your fresh meet. I do go back every often with my friends and family.

A large choice of foods AND A GREAT BUCHERS. The pork pies are "to die for". All other foods are excellent. Popular quality restaurant. (not tried it so can't comment). Parking OK and loos on site. Staff are most accommodating.

The produce is lovely and the shop is well stocked. It is a little pricier than supermarkets for most items but for a treat or ingredients for a special meal, it’s a good place to go.

A high specification redevelopment of an existing Farm Shop, Restaurant & Butchery. Following a fire which devastated the original premises, and to
replace current temporary buildings - the scheme will both restore and greatly improve on these previous facilities.
