TERMS & CONDITIONS

HOW TO ENTER

a) The prize draw is open only to UK customers aged 18 and over, except any employee of Hinchliffe’s or a family member, or anyone else professionally associated with the competition. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on Sunday 10th June 2018.

b) Once you have followed the instructions and left a comment, you’ll automatically be entered into a free prize draw to win one (1) BBQ Meat ‘N’ Beer Pack.

c) A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected.

THE PRIZE

d) The prize is a BBQ Meat ‘n’ Beer pack worth £25.00. Contents of BBQ Meat ‘n’ Beer pack: 4 Burgers, 4 Kebabs, 2 Marinated pork steaks, 8 Sausages, 3 Marinated chicken legs, 2 Bottles of beer form the Nook Brewery.

e) There is 1 prize available, and the winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries.

f) The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.

THE WINNERS

f) The winner will be contacted via the Facebook account they used to submit their entry, by 11th June 2018.

g) BBQ Meat ‘n’ Beer pack to be collected from Hinchliffe’s on 15th June 2018 unless alternative date or method of delivery/pick-up organized between winner and Hinchliffe’s.

OTHER TERMS

h) The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and binding and no promotional correspondence will be entered into with entrants.

i) The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.

j) Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the competition in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices) may be disqualified from the competition at the Promoter's sole discretion.

k) The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
