Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

 

The Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card scheme is operated by Hinchliffe’s Farm ShopNetherton Moor Rd, Huddersfield HD4 7LE. Registered in England: company no. OC358101.

Hinchliffe’s can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card account.

All Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Cards belong to Hinchliffe’s.

The Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card scheme is only valid in Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop, not Restaurant or online.

We do not issue additional cards for the same account.

If we identify that you hold two or more Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.

The Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Hinchliffe’s reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.

Hinchliffe’s can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme and offers.

Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card account are subject to store availability.

Hinchliffe’s will remove Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points from Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card accounts that haven't been used for two years or have been closed.

To benefit from the Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card scheme you must be a United Kingdom resident aged 16 years or over. Hinchliffe’s will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached, excluding the distribution of their permanent Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card.

 

Data protection

Hinchliffe’s is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details of how and why we use your personal information.

 

Collecting Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points

The standard number of points you will collect are one Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases within the Farm Shop only. Points will usually be added to your Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card account at the time you buy products and services included in the scheme.

If you forget your Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card, please ask the cashier to find your details to update your points.

Points are not available on gift cards, plastic bag levy, or in Hinchliffe’s Restaurant. In addition, points are also not available on charitable merchandise or purchases made online.

Points are not available on Gift Cards.

Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice.
 

Spending Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points

One point is worth one penny to spend on products in store at Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop.

We will not exchange Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

Points cannot be spent in the Hinchliffe’s Restaurant, Gift Cards, postage stamps, delivery charges, online, charitable merchandise.

You can use Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points as part payment towards a product.

Hinchliffe’s reserves the right to ask for identification such as driving licence or bus pass when spending points.

We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points collection and redemption in store without notice.

Spending points may be subject to network availability in store.

 

Returning goods

If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card account.

If a product you buy with Hinchliffe’s Loyalty Card points is faulty, please return it to Hinchliffe’s store. If necessary, we will credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.

A high specification redevelopment of an existing Farm Shop, Restaurant & Butchery. Following a fire which devastated the original premises, and to
replace current temporary buildings - the scheme will both restore and greatly improve on these previous facilities.
