We're helping support local residents by offering a food pick-up and home delivery service.

Our loyal customers have supported our business for over 90 years so we feel this is the least we can do to help our neighbours.

Order a collection (at Hinchliffe's)

You can now contact us with your shopping list and we will have your order picked and ready for a day of your choosing.

There is a £2.50 picking fee per order.

We will then check our stock availability, call you back to confirm your order and make payment over the phone. We will then confirm with you what time your order will be available from. You can then pick up your order at your leisure.

Order a delivery (to your home)

We now offer a local delivery service for customers living within a 5 mile radius of Hinchliffe's. Produce from our farm shop and butchers is packed into our van and delivered direct to your door.

The cost is £6.00 per delivery.

We will then check our stock availability, call you back to confirm your order and make payment over the phone. 

When will you deliver?

Orders will be delivered between 1pm and 7.30pm, every Friday

You will receive a phone call when your order leaves the Farm Shop, and our delivery driver will give you a courtesy call approximately 30 minutes before his/her arrival.

What if I’m not in to take the delivery?

You can leave special delivery instructions for the delivery driver during the checkout process. You can instruct the driver to leave the parcel at a neighbour's address, or at a safe place such as a patio, porch or garage.

Alternatively, you can leave delivery instructions with our driver who will call you approximately 30 minutes before his/her arrival. If you are not available to take delivery or a call from the driver, or have not left suitable instructions for the delivery driver, we will leave the parcel in a safe place and leave a receipt with details.
