Butcher Improver (Trainee Butcher)

We are a family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop. We are looking for an enthusiastic butcher with some experience who is ready to progress their career and to continue learning and developing their skills from a team with decades of experience. Founded in 1929 we seek someone to grow with us in our busy Butchery counter.

Butchery Counter Assistant(s)

We are a family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop. We are seeking friendly candidates who enjoy working with the public and are willing to learn how to serve customers on the busy Butchery counter. No experience is needed but we require team members who are willing to learn. Simple food preparation and product packing are also included in the role and good hygiene skills are essential

Full Time Baker & Confectioner required at Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop, Netherton.

We are a busy family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop. Our fast-growing on-site bakery is looking for a friendly baker or confectioner preferably with (but not essential) previous experience to join our team, working on a full-time basis, including part weekends.

Part time candidates would also be considered.

The role includes producing all aspects of bread and cake baking for our restaurant, farm shop and wholesale customers. Production will include a range of different loaves, teacakes and a wide range of confectionary. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels and keeping the bakery clean and tidy in accordance with our Health & Hygiene protocols.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, hard-working and loyal - the successful applicant will be part of a vital team responsible for selling the highest quality food products and will have the opportunity to progress as we develop and grow our business.

Own transport is beneficial due to our location.

Part-Time Shop Assistant(s) required at Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop

We are a family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop. Our busy shop is looking for a friendly assistant (preferably with previous retail experience) to join our team, working on a part-time basis, including weekend work.

Applicants should preferably have some experience of working with EPOS systems but most importantly be confident, enthusiastic and polite when assisting our valued and long-standing customers.

As well as interacting with and serving customers, the role will involve maintaining stock levels, ensuring the shop looks at its best at all times and also maintaining high levels cleanliness at all times.

Pie Maker required at Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop

We are a family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop. Our busy shop is looking for someone to join our rapidly expanding team in the pie-making and cooked food production department.

• Ful time and Part time candidates considered.

Waiting Staff

The Rusty Bull is the restaurant of the award-winning Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop. We are looking for full and part time waiters/waitresses.

You must have:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a reputable establishment.

• Be able to work weekends and holidays according to the business needs.

• You must have a focused, hardworking and diligent work ethic as we are a very busy restaurant.

• Most important is a caring and bubbly personality.
