We don’t really like to blow our own trumpet here at Hinchliffe’s, but our on-site butchery has become something of a legend both locally and beyond. With a string of prestigious national and regional awards to their names, head butchers Simon Haigh and Andrew Whitwam pride themselves on their unbeatable combination of fantastic customer service and champion-quality products, many of which are made using meat reared right here at Hinchliffe’s farm itself. In fact, the quality of our products is so consistently high that we regularly supply leading restaurants like The Three Acres at Roydhouse and the Kaye Arms at Grange Moor.

From traditional pies and pasties to our very own pork, cheddar and chive sausages, every one of our delicious products has been freshly prepared using tried and tested recipes and only the finest quality meat. Our cattle are fed only on grass and silage throughout the year in an organic manner (hormones and additives don’t get a look in).
